As a consultant, I serve as your sparring partner in navigating challenging situations, whether they involve conflicts, or communication. I am also passionate about mentoring emerging leaders on their professional journey.

As a yoga teacher, I focus on strengthening the body–mind connection, calming the nervous system, deepening inner awareness, and enhancing holistic well-being.

Through his professional guidance, Daniel places great emphasis on the correct execution of the asanas, even in an online setting. Each session is thoughtfully structured, typically beginning with breathwork (pranayama), followed by a gentle warm-up, a focused asana sequence, and concluding with a mindful wind-down phase including deep relaxation in Savasana. I really appreciate how well-balanced and coherent the class structure always feels. 😊

 

The practice can be individually tailored to meet personal needs, physical limitations, or specific goals.
